Please select the location where you had your procedure to make a payment on your bill. Have your billing statement near by, you will need your account number. (see sample bill on this page, account number is boxed it red).
Account number must be included in the Customer Reference ID field in order for payment to be posted correctly. Incorrect data could result in non-posting of payment and refund to the card.
